Why Meezab

A trusted advisor for the decisions that come before the paperwork.

Meezab is built for founders and business owners who want clarity at the start. We help you choose the right structure, license, and sequence before money, time, and applications are wasted.

01

You meet your advisor on day one.

The senior consultant on your first call is the advisor who stays with the file through structuring and coordination. There is no handoff to a junior team.

02

One relationship, not a vendor list.

You talk to Meezab. We translate your goals into a plan and coordinate the right specialists behind the scenes. You are not chasing five firms in five inboxes.

03

Regulated work, handled properly.

Legal opinions, trademark filings, notarial work, and visa processing run through licensed law firms, registered IP agents, and authorized providers. The right specialist for each step.

04

Built to last.

A good structure should still make sense in five years. We optimize for the business you intend to operate, not for how quickly the license can be printed.

The Meezab Difference

Why founders choose us over a typical setup provider.

Most setup providers are organised around speed and licence processing. Meezab is organised around the advice and structuring decisions that come before either.

We keep our engagement count intentionally low. The senior advisor on your call has bandwidth for your file.

01

Strategy comes first.

Most firms start by selling a licence. We start by understanding the business you intend to operate, then recommend the structure that supports it.

02

Led by a senior advisor.

Your engagement is led by an experienced advisor who stays close to the file, with approved specialists and licensed partners called in when the matter requires it.

03

One point of contact.

Government, legal, IP, banking, and corporate administration steps are coordinated under one Meezab lead. You manage one relationship instead of a vendor list.

04

Built to last.

A serious business structure should still serve the company in five years. We are built for the structuring, scaling, and quiet competence that lasts.

A Direct Comparison

What you get with Meezab — and what you do not

Conventional licence-processing approach
  • Often optimized for speed and licence processing
  • Licence delivery is the primary output
  • Process-led handoffs and changing points of contact
  • Multiple vendors, multiple invoices
  • Regulatory boundaries may not always be visible to the client
  • Engagement ends at license issuance
Meezab
  • Strategy is the work, not the upsell
  • Structure and advice are the centre of the engagement
  • A senior advisor leads, with one point of contact
  • One coordinated engagement and itemised fees
  • Regulated work routed through licensed specialists
  • The relationship continues into structuring and growth
Our people

The advisor you meet is the advisor who stays.

Every engagement is led by a senior advisor who stays close to the client from discovery through structuring and coordination. No handoff to a junior team.

Zaher Dawood — Senior Advisor at Meezab

Zaher Dawood

Senior Advisor

Zaher's engagements typically begin when a founder or corporate group is entering the GCC, or expanding across it. His focus is sequencing — what to build first, what depends on what, which regulated step needs which licensed partner — so the entry is paced for the market, not for the boardroom.

Funding & Investment Readiness

Is your company ready for an investor, adviser, or licensed-platform review?

Before any external review, the business must be structured, documented, and ready to be assessed.

Meezab helps companies prepare for external review by organizing structure, governance, documentation, IP position, financial information, and due-diligence readiness.

Meezab does not provide investment advice, securities brokerage, underwriting, capital placement, fundraising, investor solicitation, investor introductions, or financial-promotion services. Where regulated investment, legal, audit, tax, valuation, platform, or financial-promotion activity is required, the matter is handled by appropriately licensed partners and authorized entities.

Inside a Meezab engagement

What a typical engagement includes.

A clear scope, written up front, so you know exactly what you receive before the engagement begins.

  • Structure and jurisdiction recommendation. A written view on the right entity type, jurisdiction, and licence for the business you intend to operate.
  • Licence pathway review. The activities that should sit on the licence, and the implications of each option.
  • Regulated step coordination plan. Which steps need licensed law firms, registered IP agents, or authorised providers, and in what order.
  • Partner and government fee visibility. Itemised costs for government fees, registered agent fees, and licensed partner fees. No undisclosed referral arrangements.
  • Timeline and dependency map. What needs to happen first, what waits, and a realistic view of timelines that depend on third-party processing.
  • Post-setup advisory notes. A short written brief on what to monitor in the first ninety days, and where the next decisions are likely to come up.
Before we begin

The questions founders actually ask.

Real concerns deserve direct answers. Six things our clients want to know before engaging.

Will I work with the consultant I meet, or be handed off to a junior?

The senior consultant you meet on the discovery call is the consultant who leads your engagement. Approved specialists and licensed partners are brought in where the matter requires it.

How is my information handled?

Sensitive commercial details are handled under written confidentiality terms, NDA, or engagement documentation where appropriate. For family offices and sensitive matters, private-brief terms are available on request.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Advisory and structuring engagements typically run four to eight weeks. Coordination work that depends on licensed third-party timelines is communicated transparently in the engagement letter.

How are fees structured? Are there hidden costs?

Meezab fees are quoted up front in a written engagement letter. Government fees, registered agent fees, and licensed partner fees are billed separately at cost. Meezab does not receive undisclosed referral fees.

Can Meezab work alongside my existing lawyer or accountant?

Yes. Meezab regularly coordinates with a client's existing licensed advisors. The boutique model is designed to complement, not replace, trusted relationships you already have.

What happens if we don't proceed after the first call?

The discovery call is non-binding and confidential. If the engagement is not the right fit for either side, there is no further commitment, and any preliminary notes shared by you remain confidential.
